REFUNDS, DEADLINES & TRANSFERS
If you’re unable to run/walk in the race you have already registered for, you have two options:
- Transfer your registration to another runner
- Defer your registration to another race
- There are no refunds
Once you pick up your bib, you are officially checked in to the race and no longer qualify for our deferment or transfer options.
Transfers must take place via email request to firstname.lastname@example.org until and including July 18th. Payment for the bib and race extras will be handled between the buyer and seller. There is no fee to transfer however it must be requested via email no later than 12noon, July 18th.
After July 18th, no transfers will be processed! The transfer request must include new runner/walker name, age on race day and gender. It must also include original registrant’s name, email address and payment confirmation number.
Runners/Walkers will be allowed to defer their registration to any future Enon Fit4Eternity event within 12 months of the deferred race for a $10 deferment fee. Only the amount of the registration, not the race extras or processing fees, will be deferred. The walker/runner will be responsible for any difference in price between the original race they registered for and the new race they are deferring to for.
Since all race proceeds will benefit a local charity, there are no refunds. Thank you for your participation! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
